How To Use LifeShui!®

LifeShui!® is about connecting with your deeper self, intuiting feelings and expanding experiences by actively embracing the power of intention.

I feel that using the energy form as a beginning to assist in stimulating ones intuition about ones feelings for oneself, has shown to be a safe and interesting place to begin the journey. I feel that as we benefit from our internal discovery, the connecting with our deeper self, the more we benefit from the external world and the experiences it offers.

The energy phases help to determine where ones sensitivities are right now, which element attributes are dominant. Of course there is much more to it than just the visual but my research has shown, choosing by visual, to be a solid place to start. After all, we choose by visual our clothes, hair and items around us! Sight is an important factor, the sense for growth…which is a great place to start the inquiry.

I find inquiry a fun process, and by beginning with myself, I began to see the Wow! in each moment and how simply amazing being human, living life NOW! offered if I were present to ‘it’…! You too can bring discovery into your life by the simple act of observation. What I see/feel in me I also see/feel in others which enhancesthe abilities of compassion, giving, allowing, love, beauty, accepting, abundance and balance. Choosing from the feeling of comfort or discomfort offers different discoveries. By making small choices from these feelings and observing ‘what is’ present in those choices, we move forward action by action

1.) Choose the image you feel drawn to, read about it, consider how its description applies to your life.

2.) Look over the other energy phases, question how you feel about them.

3.) Your intention when making the lists is to determine your feelings. All the energy phases are present in you everyday, some are just more pronounced.

4.) Play with the energy phases, test your feelings by becoming the observer in your life as you participate in everyday experiences.

LifeShui! EnergyPhases

5 Energy Phases of LifeShui!

LifeShui!® is made up of 5 Energy Phases each representing one of the areas / aspects available for movement. They are presented in an order of support that begins with the phase Growth. Growth feeds, enhances Love, Love enhances Nurture, Nurture enhances Aspire, Aspire enhances Wisdom then the cycle begins again with Wisdom enhancing Growth.

But just because there is an order of enhancement doesn’t mean one has to begin with Growth. Entrance to the cycle is available from any point of ones journey. Throughout ones life one ‘builds’ on their experiences and this is what determines the Form that is most dominant at any one time. The more one experiences, the more the form aspects are fed, the more space one creates for movement and balance in their lives.

When the feeling of being ’stuck’ occurs, one may consider re-evaluating their surroundings, inside and out. Look to see if there is a different perspective, other activities, experiences one can create to begin movement forward again, even if it’s inch by inch and sometimes one may even “go back” to begin another path– which really isn’t ‘going back’ just re-evaluating.

By applying the attiubutes of each form, one is able to enhance their lives toward that movement. Process.Study the form information. Assess how each applies to your present experience.
